SOS feeding approach

The SOS Approach to Feeding  is an effective way to address problematic feeding behaviors in children on the Autism Spectrum, with developmental delays, or exhibiting fussy feeding behaviours.

Therapy can support the development of oro-motor skills and aims to increase the repertoire of foods that the child is able to safely and calmly manage. The child’s sensory preferences, oral-motor skills, mealtime behaviours, and cognitive skills are taken in to account, as are environmental influences on mealtimes. Parents can be included in sessions. For detailed information on the approach, please visit www.sosapproach-conferences.com/about-us/sos-approach-to-feeding
